All content, design elements, and code created by QVO Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary content or access required to complete projects. Delays in client responsiveness may affect project timelines.

QVO Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may use third-party tools, platforms, and services in delivering our work. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
